GOTS: Global Organic Textile Standard
GOTS is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibres, including ecological and social criteria, backed up by independent certification of the entire textile supply chain.
Having one common standard means textile processors and manufacturers can export their fabrics and garments with one organic certification that is accepted in all major markets. Here at CT NASSAU utilizing the GOTS Standard allows us to purchase known organic cotton fibres with complete traceability.
It is in this way that the complete process from the farm to the end-user consumer can keep its flow.
STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®
STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® indicates that the fabric does not contain or release substances harmful to human health or the environment.

Fabric testing
We provide comprehensive fabric testing services aimed at assuring the quality and durability of our fabrics
To uphold our commitment to quality, we provide comprehensive fabric testing services aimed at assuring the quality and durability of our fabrics. Accompanying every product is a detailed Technical sheet, providing our customers with transparent information about the fabric’s performance characteristics.
This test evaluates the abrasion resistance of fabrics by subjecting them to repeated rubbing motions, simulating typical wear and tear scenarios. The higher the Martindale value, the more durable the fabric is deemed to be.
Similar to the Martindale test, the abrasion test assesses a fabric’s resistance to abrasion and friction, ensuring that it can withstand everyday use without showing signs of use.
Pilling refers to the formation of small balls of fiber on the surface of a fabric, which can detractfrom its appearance and comfort. Our pilling test assesses a fabric’s resistance to pilling, ensuringthat it maintains its smooth and pristine appearance over time.
We conduct washing tests to evaluate how fabrics perform after repeated laundering, includingfactors such as colorfastness, shrinkage, and overall durability. This ensures that our fabricsmaintain their quality and appearance even after multiple wash cycles.
Upholding safety standards is paramount, especially for products used in mattresses and home decor. Our FR tests assess the flame resistance of fabrics, ensuring compliance with currentregulations and providing peace of mind to our customers.
We are committed to continuously improving our processes and investing in research and development to ensure that our fabrics consistently meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
